SDS（Sort Director System）
As the interlayer between the upper systems (WMS, ERP, and MES) and equipment control layer (PLC), SDS realizes the seamless connection of the instructions between the upper systems and the equipment control layer, and provides stable and efficient information service for the upper systems. SDS receives, splits and reorganizes the upper system instructions, acquires package information from the upper system on a real-time basis, and distributes the information to the equipment execution layer, so as to rapidly execute the upper system instructions.
As the subsystem of WCS, SDS also supports multiple types of communication interface (Socket, HTTP, DB, MQ, and SFTP), and the multi-type, multi-version database (Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL). After years of technical accumulation, Damon SDS has realized the configuration of different business demands with a set of system, and can rapidly connect to the user system to complete deployment.
